Requirements
· Create digital workforce using Robotic Process Automation, automating/optimizing business processes and liberating the human workforce from tedious, repetitive tasks
· 2+ years developing RPA workflows using such as UiPath Robot
· Experience in Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and/or OpenSpan is a plus
· Background in object-orienting programming languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python
· Architect Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
· Develop process workflow automation using UiPath Robot to facilitate front office and back office integration or update Adobe PDF files with back office database or synchronize Adobe PDF files stored in MS Exchange with back office database
· Configure new processes and objects in UiPath Robot using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
· Error and exception handling coding is supported
· Map workflow-based logic to client business processes in the form of a workflow flowchart
· Communicate any identified risks and issues and provide inputs to the change control process
· Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the end-to-end test phases
· Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
· Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), including solution design, program development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance.
· Experience leading Agile software development projects
· Ability to work well with business unit SME’s, Business Analysts, vendors and end users in cross functional teams
· Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement
· Comfortable challenging the status quo and with proposing new concepts
· Ability to work independently, or in groups, effectively
