For this workshop, a Twilio Training Specialist will travel onsite for two days of private training with your team of developers.  We’ll cover ways you can build a contact center using Twilio APIs with useful features like Agent Conference and TaskRouter to manage and prioritize inbound calls.  By the end of the course, you’ll have a basic working prototype that you can continue developing.
